    1.   COLLABORATION CONTRACT for that particular trust. This contract is a guarantee for the
         client about the proficiency of the company.

    3.   There is possible two types about fee depending on the difficulty of the deal:

            a.      A month quantity during a period plus a percentage over the final operation,
                    discounting the monthly fee.

            b.      A percentage when the deal is signed
