Career Objective
1. Very intersted in jobs related to organizational development, which means a process or an
effort to upgrade capacity and capability of an organization using organizational behavioural
science and change management approaches in order to fascilitate the organization to cope
with change; thus, achieving an effective organization and increased performance in 1) finance
2) stakeholders satisfaction and 3) employee engagement.
2. In this type of jobs, I am highly interested in designing organization intervention using system
approach which necessitates capabilities in:
a. Understanding the processes in an organization in its business and to achieve its objectives.
b. Mapping the processes into the business process map.
c. Analyzing critical processes and bottlenecks that happen.
d. Designing risk mitigation procedures based on the analysis of critical processes and
bottlenecks.
3. In addition, I am also interested in designing organizational intervention using human resource
management approach that has lately become more familiarly called Human Capital
Management, which means that it is a process of managing employees in which they are
viewed as an asset or company capital whose value at present can be measured through
performance management system, and thus the value of the future can be predicted in order
to be developed as much as possible.
