This document contains summaries of various mascots created by students for a nutrition-themed eTwinning project, including:
- Greeny and Reddy, two apple mascots made from plastic bottles with paper inside
- Happy Pineapple, a mascot made from a plastic bottle, newspaper and card to look like a pineapple
- A watermelon boat flag mascot bringing passengers on a Nutri Fit Cruise
- Ballman, a boy mascot made from a tennis ball and wool hair to represent tennis
- A palm tree mascot made from pine wood, dry flowers and seeds representing healthy fruits and trees
- Additional mascots include a dancing banana, soft wool balls, a veget
2. GREENYAND
REDDY
Hi, we are Pau and Edgar
Here are our mascots: Greeny and Reddy.
They are made with two empty plastic bottles with
red and green paper inside.
They’ve got 2 eyes and a stem at the top.
They look like two apples.
REMBEMBER:
1 apple a day keeps doctors
away!
3. HAPPY PINEAPPLE
Hi, we are Laura, Mireia and Laia Vilà.
Here is our mascot:
Happy Pineapple
It is made with an empty plastic
bottle, newspaper, card and the bottle
lid.
It has got 2 big eyes, a big nose and
a happy mouth. Can you see the
leaves at the top? they look like its
hair!
our mascot looks like a pineapple.
REMBEMBER:
Pineapples contain lots of vitamin C. It is a
helpful fighter against problems such as heart disease
and joint pain.
4. Nutri fit cruise

Hello, I am Paula, and this is my
mascot.
It looks like a watermelon, but it is
a boat which brings all passengers
from Nutri Fit Cruise.
It has got a flag with the 3
countries of the project.
Watermelon is considered
one of the healthiest fruits . It
brings magnessium, and lots
of vitamins. It is very juicy
and sweet . Excellent when
you feel thirsty!
5. BALLMAN
Ballman has a round body and it has long
hair. The boy is made of a tennis ball and
the hair is wool.
REMEMBER:
If you play tennis once a week you will
improve your body reflects , your legs and
arms will be lighter .
Tennis is an outdoor sportt. You can play
with one or three more friends.
You also learn how to work in a team!.

Ingrid and my mascot
is called Ballman. It
looks like a tennis
ball.
6. TREE
Hi, we are Laia F., Jana
T. And Laura T. Our
mascot looks like a
palmtree.It’s made of
pine wood, dry flowers
and seeds. His nose
looks lioke a potatoe.
Healthy tree has got lots of fruits
and leaves. It also has the 3 flags
of Greece, Poland and Catalonia.
It isn’t so big.
REMEMBER:
It is better to eat fruits from the
trees because it is fresher and
more natural. Fruit gves natural
sugar, vitamins and minerals to
our bodies. It also halps to keep a
healthy mind.
7. Hawaian banana
Remember!
Bananas give our body a lot of
potassium and give us energy to
dance a lot!
They are also necessary to do sport
and keep our mind clear when we
study for the exams!
Hi, we are Mariona and
Marta T. Our mascot looks
like a dancing banana. It is
made of card, the hair is
wool and it is wearing a top
made with two small
apples.
8. Puppy and Fuffy
Remember!
If you do sport you will be
more agile, and it is going
to be easier for you to
concentrate when you
study.
Hello, we are Laia
and Marina.
Our mascots are
small round balls
made of colourful
wool. They’ve got
two eyes and they
are very soft.
9. VEGETARIAN CROCODILE
HI, my name is Júlia and this
is my mascot. It is a crocodile
made of an egg cardbox. It is
a vegetarian crocodile. It only
eats lettuce, spinach, carrots,
celery etc.
Remember:
Eating lots of red meat is
not good for our body. We
should increase the
nutrition of vegetables in
our diets.
10. Sweet panda
Hi, we are Marta V and Marta E.
Here is our mascot Sweet Panda. It
is made of a brick of broth,
cardboard, lids and plastic glasses.
It looks like a bear panda. It is
balck and white.
Sweet panda eats vegetables and
fruit 5 times a day.
Can you see it is eating a carrot
now?
Carrots are very good for our
sight and also to keep the skin
brown.
Remember: if you eat veggies
and fruit you will be strong like
me!
11. Cherrykubic
Hi, I am Iker
Do you like my mascot?
It looks like a robot!
I use to control what
children do everyday.
Remember:
Walk 1 km and drink 8
cups of water everyday
12. The vegetarian dog
Strong man
Hi, I am Ferran
and these are
my mascots.
The strong
man is strong
and brave
because he
does exercise
every day.
The vegetarian
dog loves
vegetables.
Remember this
proverb!
Take care of your body,
it’s the only place you
have to live in!
13. GLUP
Hi, I am Jana P.
My mascot is called “Glup”. It looks
like a hawaian.
It is made of a coke tin and paper. It
has got an umbrella.
Glup loves sailing across the
etwinning sea islands.
Remember:
Coke is not good for our health
because it gives us lots of sugar,
drink water, it is the best drink!
