client on production of corn and beans. I perform all the programming of the tractors computers’ for
planting and harvest data, then download the data and perform various spreadsheets on each farm,
field, client. I keep track of sales of grain to market on spreadsheets I have custom-made for the
corporation. I am also in charge of developing the annual manure management program for the
3000-animal hog site for the DNR and the Grundy County Courthouse. Haul corn and beans to
various coops (approx.. 400,000 bushel/yr) and drive semi for spraying all summer long.

Responsible for managing 12 departments and 2 outreach programs with a total professional
staff of 55. Responsible for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Work
Hardening, Sports Medicine, Occupational Health Services, Cardiopulmonary Care, EKG,
DME, Bronchoscopy, Sleep Lab, EEG and outreach programs. These areas generate
approximately $10 million in revenue annually.
• Restructured Physical Therapy reception area into the “hub” for physical therapy,
occupational therapy, speech therapy and work hardening so all business flows through,
allowing reduction of one person.
• Established extended hours for physical therapy and occupational therapy both before
and after normal scheduling that increased patient caseloads by 12%.
• Built the sports medicine program from 4 school contracts to 12 which now generates
more than $500,000 in charges.
• Reduced open charts per month from 450 to 200 generating more than $200,000 to the
bottom line by restructuring job duties.
• Captured the “Birth to Three” of Green County for physical therapy, occupational
therapy and speech therapy which enhanced the revenues charged by $30,000.
• Captured a school physical therapy contract with Freeport, Illinois, which added $13,000
revenue to the bottom line.
• Gained two nursing home contracts to coordinate efforts for speech therapy.
• Restructured cardiopulmonary care duties and shift times to save 1.2 persons which

Responsible for managing 6 departments and 20 health care professionals in the following
areas: Cardiopulmonary Care, EKG, DME, Bronchoscopy, Sleep Laboratory and EEG.
Covered as staff therapist when needed.
• Responsible for bringing a two-bed sleep lab into the hospital. This currently generates
$500,000+ revenue.
• Initiated a new EEG lab into the hospital producing $30,000 annual revenue.
• Responsible for the addition of a new bronchoscopy suite in the hospital, creating an
increased continuity of care for the patient and increasing productivity by decreasing
procedure time from four hours to two hours.
