Working with children aged 0 – 7 years of age. Assisting children to learn to read and write plus take
their first steps in mathematics. I also assisted in P.E and basic cooking lessons. I also assisted the
teacher on setting up equipment, and photocopying work for the teacher.
NVQ Level 3 Administration at CVS/YIS
I worked at the CVS and Youth Information Shop, as part of a placement whilst completing my NVQ.
My duties included working on reception answering and diverting calls as well as working in an office
environment undertaking tasks such as photocopying, sending faxes any other administrative work
that was required on the computer. At the Youth Information Shop my duties were to do any major
photocopying and basic clerical and admin work using a computer.

I spent 12 weeks at Mid Cheshire Sheltered Workshop and Pettypool Outdoor Centre as part of a
training team that helped adults with learning difficulties. My job was to assist themin helping them
back into a working environment such as gardening and farming.

I inputted data on an in house computer system. Other tasks included creating advice letters for the
administrators, sealing documents, setting up cases for new clients.

Duties included ensuring the safety of clients contract notes and shares certificates were stored
correctly, check all contract notes and certificates before sending them to the necessary departments.

Tasks included working within a team, sorting out any major filing/archiving for the trust and executor
groups on a daily basis. I took responsibility for ordering stationery for the Estates and Trust office plus
ordering product literature. I monitor the complaints system on a daily basis forwarding on emails to
the relevant departments for them to action. I ensure that these teams respond appropriately within a
deadline so that they don’t breach compliance with the financial crime team. I also receive emails and
post from FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service) and forward them to the relevant departments. I also
deal with archive retrieval from the central store. I also set up meeting rooms for departments for
presentations.

Due to a restructure my role has been moved onto another team, my role still includes all the
responsibilities I held as Business Admin Clerk but I now take sole responsibility for the above. In

and will out of the safe storage at request from relevant administrators and also return them to the
safe.
Support Worker, Allied Health Care May 2013-Nov 2013
Providing support to adults with learning difficulties in the home. This role consisted of dealing with
day to day running of the home and providing adults with the 24 hours support they need. This would
be from paying bills, cooking meals, medications, laundry, home maintenance, taking them on days out
and holidays.
Kitchen Associate, Wetherspoons Nov 2013-Mar 2014
My role consisted of preparing food for customers on day to day bases this would be from pre ping the
food at the start of the day and then cooking to the highest standards. Also the role consisted of
keeping the kitchen clean and kept at the highest hygiene standards.
After School Activity Leader, Happy Days Nursery Mar 2014-Apr 2015
My role consisted of looking after children after school time, my day to day role would be to prepare
for the day this would consist of preparing snacks, set up activities from crafts to games. I also provide
emotional support to the children if and when they need it.
Plant Assistant, Fryers Garden Centre April 2015-Present
My role consists of looking after and maintaining plants on a daily bases this would be from general
watering, pruning, weeding, replenishing stock, also dealing with new stock deliveries. Also on a day to
day bases my role would be to provide help and guidance to customers on how to look after their
plants! Other jobs I do around the site would be from working on the tills to being Father Christmas.
