To become an Executive Training Director, one must first rank up to Diamond Team Director and sponsor at least 12 IBOs total. As an Executive, you earn $7 monthly and $10 executive coded bonuses on all new people you personally sponsor as well as their lines. You also receive a one-time $200 bonus for ranking up to Executive.
