This document outlines 7 streams of income for a multi-level marketing program selling pharmacy discount cards, including earning discounts on prescriptions, bonuses for training new recruits and handing out cards, and ongoing residual payments for cards used and recruits brought in by those recruited.

1. 7 STREAMS OF INCOME:
1.Discount Savings Income: Save 10% – 75% on most prescriptions using your very own pharmacy
discount card.
2.Residual Income Personal Usage Bonus: Earn $1.00 per discounted prescription purchased from
the cards you personally hand out.
3.Training Program Bonuses: The first upline DTD in line of sponsorship earns $40 for training.
4.Rank Bonus: Earn a one-time $200 bonus.
5.Leadership Coding Bonus: 1st qualified upline Executive Training Director earns $.50 per card coded
on each new IBO coded ETD code to you in the new line of sponsorship. Total payout: 10 cards x $.50
= $5.00 or a maximum of $10 from which the other lower ranking Director’s compensation in line of
sponsorship is deducted from this total.
6.Monthly Coding Residual Bonus: 1st qualified upline Executive Training Director earns $.20 per card
coded on each new IBO coded ETD code to you in the new line of sponsorship. Total payout: 10 cards
x $.20 = $2.00 or a maximum of $7 from which the other lower ranking Director’s compensation in
line of sponsorship is deducted from this total.
7.Residual Income Infinity Usage Bonus: Earn up to $.18 per discounted prescription purchased to
infinity.
