Navigation, Head and Neck Oncology and Hearing), Advanced Energy (tissue plane sealing and
precision cutting in Orthopedics, Spine and Breast Cancer) and Global Services to $2 billion in
revenue. Achieved revenue CAGR over last five years of 11.6% and EBIT CAGR of 13% and led all
Medtronic divisions during this period. Growth came from disruptive innovation, rapid worldwide
expansion and through selective, strategic M&A. Founded an innovative emerging market business
model in India (Shruthi) which met the hearing healthcare needs of the underserved population.
Retired, May, 2016.
