Recommendation Letter for Mr Achilleas Dimou
To whom it may concern
Dear Sir / Madam,
Mr. Achilleas Dimou joined Psychology Cycle in 2014 and for 2 years he
worked as an Office Manager and Operations Executive / Personal
Assistant.
The result of this delightful meeting and cooperation with him, was the
multidimensional growth of all the company aspects.
JOB DETAILS
 Absolute automation of institutional and accounting issues
 In house optimization regarding to Office processes and
Communication optimization with every outsourcing
colleague
 Careful Handling and Organization of patients folders, due
to privacy issues and secret personal procedures
 Processing communication in very sensitive personal
matters in exceptionally difficult behavioral dynamics, due to
the demanding clientele, which consists of patients with
dangerous mental disorders (High risk patients)
 Handling and Coordination of Study groups
 Coordination and implementation of training projects on
Human Resources Consulting for huge Greek companies
 Optimization of complexed back-office organizational
processes, that without Mr. Dimou’s specific skills nothing of
the above could be implemented.
PROFILE RATING
Mr. Dimou’s personality is a synonym with great consistency, high
level of discipline, constant willingness to learn and extreme
communication skills. He is open to new methods, referring to
Psychoanalysis and Human Resources Consulting, which are the two
main aspects of Psychology Cycle and require special knowledge to
handle the difficult clientele. He studied very hard and consistently the
subject of the company, to be able to successfully meet the
requirements for the job.
His interpersonal skills are exceptional. He is fully organized and
he is extremely fast and effective in implementation. He is proper with
Hierarchy and respectful with all the executives. Keeping a low-profile,
he personally participates in everything he can in a very intensive way.
I would undoubtedly say that he is a “Silent Force”. He is always very
spruce and extremely punctual (he always comes earlier). Whereas he
is a very “controllable” person and easy to cope with, he is not a Robot
that just follows the standard procedures. His Emotional Intelligence is
very strong, having a result in such a warm but extremely professional
attitude.
Referring to the negative traits of Mr. Dimou, I would notice his
unquenchable desire for knowledge on the subject that he is occupied
with. It is in such a high level that sometimes he is off limits, resulting a
personal exceedance and tiredness, that it is not necessary. Personally
for me and the company in general, this trait functioned in a very
positive way, but for him, I think that this fact leads to his limits of mental
tiredness. However, this issue never affected his high performance,
which was necessary on a daily basis due to his serious company role.
Finally, I have to mention that his knowledge on Operations
Management and Office Management is exceptional and he fulfills his
duties in a way that seems very simple, without much effort or signs of
stress. Features that are not consistent with the major requirements of
time and efficiency, due to his position in the company. And that is the
reason why I call him a “Silent Force”, which is the core of my
absolutely successful cooperation with him. I strongly believe that he
would be an asset for every company or institution.
Sincerely,
Maria Dimou
