MAREI Announces Their Kansas City North Real Estate Investor Meeting
for January 3, 2013
This month the Kansas City North Real Estate Professionals will be discussing finding deals
Kansas City, December 19th, 2012: Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors is holding their
January Northland Meeting on January 3rd offering Networking , Education & Vendors. Topic of the night is
Finding Real Estate Deals.
The presentation portion of the meeting will cover The Top 10 Ways to find Real Estate Deals in 2013. As we
learned at the MAREI KC South meeting in December, the Real Estate Industry has changed immensely in
the past year. Home Buyers and Investors are paying cash more causing more demand for REO properties.
Banks are not foreclosing and selling the notes, lowering the number of REO properties. So with more
demand and less supply, the price is going up. So finding non MLS deals is going to be even more
important going forward than it has in the past.
"A positive service shift contributed to fourth quarter results as did Adventure Works' continued operational
improvements. Adventure Works' growth in branded consulting was offset by declines in our Web design
service sector. It is encouraging to note that Adventure Works experienced improvement in our synergy
service division toward the end of the quarter," Stahl noted. Adventure Works is nearly finished rolling out a
new style of consulting services geared to start-up businesses.
