Product Marketing Director – Dell Mobility Solutions
Marcus manages the strategy, definition, proposition development and launch of Dell mobility
solutions, recently launching Dell EMM is a ‘hero ‘product for Dell Software Group which champions
Dells integrated approach to provide added value through the delivery of solutions, services and
hardware through one trusted partner.
As a marketing director of Dell’s Mobility Solutions portfolio, the key driver for Marcus has been to
simplify the user experience, management and security for customers, and encourage adoption of
solutions that transform their businesses, embrace new technologies, and profit from the opportunity
that BYOD can bring.
Marcus has over 14 years’ experience working within the mobile, telecoms and digital sector and has a
passion for how technology can change and improve both our personal and business lives. He has
been with Dell for over 8 years. Prior to Dell, Marcus held senior global roles in consumer and business
marketing for Vodafone, and previous to that was the product manager for mobile solutions and
internet at Cable & Wireless.
He is passionate about listening to the ‘voice of the customer’, building great customer experiences
that reflect the customer’s needs, and deliver relevance and practicality above all else.
Marcus holds a degree in Business and Finance from University of Central London, and a BSc in
Economics and Marketing from the University of Manchester
He is married, a father of three, and lives in Suffolk, UK.
