PUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE
IN MOTION
We are a transformation agent. We transform information into knowledge. And we
believe the right information in the right hands leads to amazing things.
WORK THAT MATTERS
At Thomson Reuters, our Management Associates Program (MAP) is designed to find
the best management talent and position them to become the potential future leaders
of our global organization. This highly competitive program offers exceptional
candidates the opportunity to combine challenging assignments with a high degree of
personalization. To best position you for future success, each associate will be asked
to select a concentration of Finance, Strategy, or Product Management. Over two
years, you will develop a deep functional expertise through four six-month rotations
specific to your selected business unit and function, while still rotating in an area
outside your concentration to create a blend of expertise and breadth to best position
you for future success.
As an associate, you will provide analysis, evaluate strategic concepts, influence
leadership, identify business risks, leverage opportunities, develop solutions and work
collaboratively. And that is just some of what you’ll take on. Truly, your expertise has
the potential to make a significant impact on industries worldwide.
As an integral part of the rotational program, associates are exposed to key decision
makers and senior leaders throughout Thomson Reuters. Additionally, each associate
will be placed on an individual learning journey which includes sessions with an
executive coach and frequent training sessions through both virtual and live meetings.
Overall, these components provide the foundation for developing strong leadership
capabilities. And MAP doesn’t just help you develop these leadership skills; we give
you rare insight into what it’s like to be a leader at Thomson Reuters.
CAREERS WITHOUT BOUNDARIES
You think big. You want to interact with the best minds and share ideas with company
leaders. And that’s just what our high-profile rotations give you. MAP opens the door
for you to take advantage of all that Thomson Reuters has to offer. You’ll connect with
current MAP associates and alumni around the world, creating a vital network that will
provide you with support, connections and opportunities — a network you’ll have
throughout your career.
