Problem
 The members of an advertising firm

are disagreeing on how to advertise
a cereal brand of a company, our
important client. Some members
think that the project deserves a
traditional way of advertising while
the other team members believe
that the cereal brand must be
advertised by modern society,
celebrities, endorsement. All the
conflict has gained the attentions of
the managers of the department.
Differing Opinions

 Traditional campaign advertising

opinions:

 This team believes that the cereal

should be advertised in a
traditional manner, which is
toward the devoted fans. In this
process, television ads and
posters would be included. This
group thinks that this is the best
way to advertise the product.

 New demographic advertisement

opinions:

 This team believes that the cereal

should be advertised through
celebrities, social
networking, and technological
ways. This group thinks that this
is the best way to advertise the
product.
Different solutions
Voting on the best idea (Majority Rules)
2. Try to combine the two ideas together
3. Have the idea be judged by multiple age groups and
see which idea is the best to fit the public
1.
Possible outcomes after applying
 Voting gives a fair treatment.
solutions
To see whether an idea fits the

image of a public’s eye. It’ll
keep everything fair, simple,
and organized.
 Combining a traditional family
with a famous family will help
determine the outcome of the
process and see whether the
idea fits into the family’s
virtues.
 The process is similar to the
first idea, but in this case,
community members vote and
see which idea is the best one
yet! This will give a wide variety
and a bigger picture of what
the public eye would look like.
Any other information pertinent to
the conflict
 Society/ the public seems to be doing

what famous/popular people do
 Cheerios is the main theme and our
important clients
 Since there is a wide variety of
cheerios, and it’s considered a really
nutritious breakfast, it can be based on
how important and how healthy it’ll be
for the body
