This document outlines the forms, documents, and training an employee will need for safety induction including: an employee safety folder containing forms such as a job safety analysis, lockout tagout, and incident report forms; completing an online or in-person safety induction checklist; ensuring technical skills are up to date; reviewing the company's policy manual, training and competence plan, and risk awareness instructions; and understanding consultation and communication processes which involve gaining comments, ensuring forms are signed, and carrying out reviews and audits.
