What’s on your Desk?
Rules
• Bring any item from your desk. (e.g.) pen, water
bottle, hand bag any thing which can be sell.
• The specific item will be your ‘product’ for
selling.
• You have to come up with name, slogan and
marketing plan for the object.

Purpose of the Game
• This activity is useful for marketing and design
teams to explore their skills.
• How much challenging the team is?
• It promotes creativity and problem solving.
• It also promotes brainstorming among the team
members.


Take what you need!
Rules
• Ask everyone to sit around in a circle.
• Pass around the roll of tissue paper or tell them to take
as much as they think they’ll need.
• Going around the circle, each person has to share a fact
about themselves for every square of tissue paper they
took. So, if someone takes 10 squares, they need to share
10 facts about themselves.

Purpose of the Game
• This activity is particularly beneficial
when new employees are hired.
• It encourages communication, bonding,
and helps the employees learn more about
their colleagues.

Team Building Game
Rules
• Everyone holds out their index fingers at waist level.
• Then place the stick on top of their index fingers.
• As a group, you must lower this stick to the ground
without even a single person on the team losing contact
with the stick. (if someone lose the contact with the stick
you must start again)
• Game will continue until the group maintain its balance
with the stick.

•How they communicate with each other
•Concentration of the group
