Role Development, Environment Setup, Production support, change management
Description UCRS is the system built within bank for collections and recover money from
delinquent accounts. This process has 3 systems, Front end built on C#: Middle
ware built on: Java, ETL: Backend: DB2, Oracle. Collection agents,
representative’s uses UCRS front end screen to make calls to customers.
Information is transmitted to and from database through middle ware. The
applications inside UCRS are like Strategy engine , customer satisfaction
improvisation, reporting etc.,

Role Configuration & Administration
Description Access management is the centralized tool for requesting, authenticating,
provisioning, de-provisioning and monitoring of access to resources.
Granting and revoking of the access is done as per the feeds received from the
sources like CSDB , RDR , ADIM etc. in the form of flat files,
Specified rules can be enforced for resources according to the employment status
like associate/contractor etc.,
OIM extracts the data from the input sources, process it, then loads the data into
Oracle database for further analysis.
OIM also works like a data ware house by retaining transaction & reconciliation
data for large period for analysis purpose.
Also profiles can be configured and kept ready to use as per the pre-defined user
access level.
Skill sets Reqd OIM 10g , Oracle 10g, Shell & PERL scripting, Weblogic
Contribution • Deployment of latest releases of OIM versions which are tested in DEV &
SIT, provided by development team.
• Validation of the deployment guide
• Coordinating with database, platform & web logic teams to get the

Description CONTROL-SA is a BMC Software integrated client/server solution for enterprise-wide
security management of information systems distributed across heterogeneous
platforms. CONTROL-SA provides the necessary tools to manage the two invaluable
assets, users and information resources, and to define the appropriate connections
between them
CONTROL-SA consists of Enterprise Security Station (ESS), which is the central point
of control, and SA-Agent, which runs on managed platforms. Each instance of SA-
Agent interacts with applications that require user and resource administration. These
applications are referred to as Resident Security Systems (RSSs).

Title Sales Data Mart

Role ETL Developer
Description The sales data mart system is helpful in analyses of Sales for Marketing group and
reporting for the Sales Group. This system receives data from multiple legacy
systems (Oracle, Flat Files) and stored in Oracle database for marketing analysis
and reporting for sales The process on the warehouse system periodically
executes and loads the staging data files into staging tables of the Warehouse
system. Another process executes on a schedule or on demand to check,
transform, and load the staging data records into fact tables of the warehouse star
schema. The different modules are designed to support tactical reporting
requirements on current data (Operational Data Source) and strategic reporting
requirements on historical data (Data Warehouse).

Contribution • Understanding existing business model and customer requirements.

Title Logical Inventory Management System (LIMS)

Description The British Telecom is a large telecommunication Organization where they have
got various types of data related to VOIP, Inventory, Purchase details, vendor
details and Financial etc. they have maintained a data warehouse by name
Telecom where the data comes from various types of source like Oracle, MS
Excel and flat files. The main aim of this project was to load the data from various
applications to the telecom data warehouse using ETL tool. Here we used Data
stage 7.5.X2 as ETL tool to extract the data from the sources transform and load
into the telecom Data warehouse. The mappings was developed to load the data
warehouse and also to maintain the historical data in the warehouse.
Skill sets Reqd Ascential Datastage7.5, Windows XP, HP QC
Contribution • Understand the technical specifications and develop data stage jobs for
Extraction Transformation, Cleansing and Loading process of DW.
• Captured data from a variety of sources including DB2, Flat Files, and
other formats.
• Used extensively Reject Link, Job Parameters, and Stage Variables in
developing jobs.
• Drafting technical documents like Overview documents, migration and
deployment documents for every code release.
• Involved in various reviews and meetings including Internal and
external code review, weekly status calls, issue resolution meetings
and onsite code acceptance meetings.
• Assisted SIT testing team, UAT team and Production team during code

Description This project is a part of maintenance program for previous release of software.
The objective of the project is providing customer support, maintenance
activities like bug fixing and proving change deliveries for performance
management (PM) area of 3G network elements. This involved Extraction ,
Transformation , Loading and reporting of data from network elements like
BTS,BSC,MSC

Contribution • Primary responsibility is to provide maintenance support to the software
deployed in the real time network with 3G-network elements of
NokiaSiemensNetworks (NSN).
• The main task is to track the trouble tickets rose by end customers and to
provide solutions and/or clarifications.
• Analyzing the performance of the reporting tools, providing change
deliveries for providing the enhancements.
• Delegation of work among team members and creation of work sheets for
the team.
• Monitoring the issues that creep in during maintenance and providing
status updates to the project management.
• Achieved high customer appreciation for the analysis and reporting on the
problems encountered by the field engineers.

Description This project is part of R&D program in development of Middle Ware Suit for NMS
software. The objective of the project is to perform integration testing of the
software developed by all the teams in the program and reporting bugs. Also to
prepare and maintain the labs for the project teams in customer site. This also
involves a lot of co-ordination activities among the projects involved both onsite
and offshore.
Skill sets Reqd Linux (RHEL4es5 with RedHat clustering suit RHCS4U5) ,
Oracle Database 10g, Shell , PERL scripting, IBM WebSphere,
Java, LDAP Brower/Editor
Contribution • Primary responsibility is to deploy OES (Open Element Management
System) on Linux servers, Linux clusters.
• Performing end-to-end functionality testing and adhoc testing of non-
functional requirements. Reporting the installation and activation problems
to the program.
• Responsible for database related queries of the teams. Providing
assistance in resolving Oracle related issues.
• I had automated installation procedure, which made it quick and easy to
test all regular deliveries from projects.
• Written and scheduled cron jobs to monitor disk space, processor usage,
documented the procedures followed, errors encountered and solutions
implemented etc., to ease the maintenance.
• Worked in customer location Dusseldorf, Germany. Also acted as an
onsite coordinator with 4 sites of development. (Dusseldorf, Espoo,
Tampere, Bangalore). Received excellent customer feedback because of
successful lab setup in all 4 development locations. (Dusseldorf, Espoo,

Granting and revoking of the access is done as per the feeds received from the sources like CSDB , RDR , ADIM etc. in the form of flat files, Specified rules can be enforced for resources according to the employment status like associate/contractor etc., OIM extracts the data from the input sources, process it, then loads the data into Oracle database for further analysis. OIM also works like a data ware house by retaining transaction & reconciliation data for large period for analysis purpose. Role ETL Developer Description The sales data mart system is helpful in analyses of Sales for Marketing group and reporting for the Sales Group. This system receives data from multiple legacy systems (Oracle, Flat Files) and stored in Oracle database for marketing analysis and reporting for sales The process on the warehouse system periodically executes and loads the staging data files into staging tables of the Warehouse system. Another process executes on a schedule or on demand to check, transform, and load the staging data records into fact tables of the warehouse star schema. The different modules are designed to support tactical reporting requirements on current data (Operational Data Source) and strategic reporting requirements on historical data (Data Warehouse).
