2. The project is an End-To-End Business Solution from HCL to provide new Integrated System
comprising Oracle Financials (OF), HRMS, EBAO (Core Insurance Application), CRM, MDM and Data
Warehouse. Warehouse for data marts like Claims, Policy, Risk, Payables and Receivables are designed
to cater to the need of delivering transactional, operational as well as IRDA reports along with
Dashboards implemented with the Data Security Policy providing only relevant information to the login
user (Employee, Agent).
Roles & Responsibilities
Played the Support Developer role to handle the below mentioned activities
• Involved in ETL development associated with Underwriting and Claims model by creating
mapping /workflow components.
• Developed mapping to load Source tables in ODS from different sources like E-BAO, MDM,
Oracle Finance and CRM, performing SCD1 and SCD2 based on LLD.
• Developed mapping to load Dimension tables in ODS and Warehouse, performing SCD1 and
SCD2 based on LLD.
• Involved in Design, coding, Unit Testing review and Peer reviews.

New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company (NJM), based in West Trenton, is a personal and
commercial lines property-casualty insurer operating in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
To modernize its Policy & Billing systems environment and gain increased flexibility in the Policy
administration process, NJM implemented a Policy Processing System. In the current state, one part of
replacing a core policy management system is the migration of existing Renewal data from the legacy
application into Policy Center/Billing Center. This is an essential task if the objective is to retire the
legacy system as quickly as possible and/or to avoid working policies in multiple systems. Data migration
is a complex process requiring data mapping, cleansing, and transformation

This project is to implement data warehouse and viewpoint reports for PeopleSoft
Financials v8.8 & 9.0 of North American & India entities and PeopleSoft financials v8.8 of legacy AON
entities. The scope of modules is General Ledger, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Contracts,
Projects, Time & Expense, Billing and Accounts Receivable.
FDW(Financial Data Warehouse) will be the central collection point for all shared data points
that will be required by downstream reporting, allocation, planning and forecasting systems. The FDW
will be getting data feeds from many source systems including PeopleSoft 9.0 & 8.8, ONYX, PeopleSoft
HR and others
