This document provides information about a 2-day workshop on becoming a person of influence. The workshop aims to help participants establish credibility, improve communication skills, recognize influencing tactics, influence conversations to reach mutually beneficial conclusions, and determine whether individual or team approaches will be most effective. The workshop covers why influencing is important, building self-esteem, adopting strategic influencing approaches, relationship building, listening, verbal and nonverbal communication skills. It is targeted towards directors, senior managers, managers, team leaders and senior executives.
