Clodagh Byrne visits communities in Cambodia supported by CAFOD's partner Salvation Centre Cambodia. During a visit to Samrong Mean Chey, she stops at a roadside stall selling sweet bean cakes. The chef offers to teach Clodagh how to make the cakes, and the next day Clodagh receives an outdoor cooking lesson in preparing the dough, filling it with sweet bean mixture, and frying the cakes. Clodagh and others then enjoy eating the results of the memorable lesson.
