1. Making a Cribbage Board with
MasterCAM
Task 1
You will need a piece of material that is
at least 4.5 by 12 long.
The thickness can vary from .5 to 1

4. Under the machine type setting, select Mill followed by
MPTechno_X.MM D

5. Select Machine group 1 in the project browser. Then, select Stock Setup, select
Display and set the stock to 5 (y), 12 (x) by .5 (z). Chose the solid option.

7. Select the Fit All Button.
Under File, select the Merge Pattern File Option.

8. Select Machine path tab and DRILL
Select the option for windowing the points and take your time taking care to outline
the holes only, when you have completed the polygon, double click the screen in the
area of the polygon.
Carefully work through the drill in options. Multiple pages.

10. Select the Green Check Mark

11. Under Toolpath, select Contour.
Select Window and pick the points for the window.
Select a starting point.

21. Save as your name, Cribbage in your student folder

23. Save your MasterCAM File as Your name followed by cribbage
