We conduct demographic research, determining demand for housing, rate
of jobs growth by sector, and the stages of property market cycles. We
prepare retail impact assessments, economic and social impact
assessments, undertake feasibility analysis for individual projects and
market assessments for new developments.
Our deep understanding of financial metrics allows clients to move in and
out of projects more quickly, reducing their holding risk. Put simply, we are

development potential assessments, Town Centre assessments, expansion
