of India’s leading construction equipment manufacturing
company situated in Ahmedabad INDIA. In the nineties the
company was started by seasoned technocrats and since then
the family has specialized in developing, manufacturing and
marketing various construction equipments.
With the emerging new business models and trends in the
industries, MACONS Group is focused in its drive to provide

market because of its prompt & effective after-sales-service

large and most comprehensive manufacturing set up.
From inward raw material to final product and R & D
to model testing, all under than one roof. That allows

facility for construction equipments at industrial belt
of Ahmedabad i.e. Vatva, Matoda and Changodar
containing 60000Sq. Yards land.

4. MACONS Saga of Success
YEAR ACHIEVEMENTS
2000 MACONS started manufacturing a series of Stationary Concrete Batching
Plants (RMC) of 30 m3 per hour at the first manufacturing set up at Vatva.
2000 For the first time in India, indigenously designed, developed and Introduced
“Kerbing Machine” used for Kerb Laying for dividers, drain lines and much
more. These machines proved ideal for successful operations at various NHAI
projects all over India.
2001 Pioneered the mobile technology in India by launching MOBILE, SEMI
MOBILE & TRUCK MOUNTED CONCRETE BATCHING/MIXING PLANT of
capacity from 12 m3 to 30 m3 per hour in technical collaboration with Danish
company – INTERCON.
2005 Initiated export of Batching Plants to Germany.
2006 Established the second factory for expansion in manufacturing of Stationary
Concrete Batching Plant and increased capacity upto 120 m3 per hour at
Changodar.

YEAR ACHIEVEMENTS
2007 Launched most efficient Wet Mix Macadam Plant from capacity of 120 TPH to 250 TPH,
which is generally utilized for construction of roads.
2008 Introduced user friendly Transit Mixers.
2008 Commenced tie ups with dealers for easy availability of equipment PAN India.
2008 Implemented ISO certification- ISO 9001.
2008 Initiated designing, developing and manufacturing of customized plants.
2009 Third facility established to increase the manufacturing of Batching Plants and all series
of equipment at Matoda.
2009 Joint venture with Italian company – Dumec SRL for launching of new products like
“Self Loading transit mixers ranging from 1 m3 to 4 m3 capacity” and “Dumpers ranging
from 2 to 16 Ton capacity”.
2009 Introduced series of Compact Concrete Batching Plant (MAC) ranging from 25 m3 to 90
m3 per hour.
2010 Implemented Integrated Management System.
2012 New Corporate office at SG Highway & consolidated all manufacturing at Matoda
