 Recruitment 8.33% of the annual CTC Payable
 Training and Development (Induction & skill building) Rs. 3000 each
(minimum 15 candidates)
 Payable as per due date of the invoice
 Payroll management 20% of the monthly payout up to 100 workforces.
 Payroll management 18% of the monthly payout for 101 to 200
workforces.
 Payroll management 15% of the monthly payout for 201 + workforces.
 Payable as per due date of the Advance Payment of one month prior to
execution of the project
