SUMMARY
I am a highly motivated, creative, ambitious and dedicated IT professional who have been working
in the computer field since 1985, involved in the automation of different types of businesses,
performed a lot of technical activities and held various managerial positions in various
environments.

Background Misr Compressor Manufacturing Co. (MCMC) is manufacture company
which produce the refrigerator compressors

My position at MCMC is IT Manager.
Period JUN 2008 till To 29-2-2012
At Informatique co. Egypt.
Background Informatique is CMMI Level 3 certified and is specialized in developing
tailored software systems. Informatique also develops ERP systems.
Informatique market covers both private sector companies and the
governmental sector.
My position at Informatique was Project Manager.
Main Achievements I managed many of the projects in Informatique Software using CMMI
Process that complies with CMMI Level 3 such as:
• Hydro Plants For Generation Company (HPGC) this project is
ERP System which contains 9 systems. This project is a part of the
Governmental Automation Project which is a huge project

tailored software as well as providing readymade packages. Delta Software

My position at Delta Software was system analysis.
Main Achievements I managed many of the projects in Delta Software using Delta Process that
complies with CMMI Level 3 such as:
• Ministry of Social Solidarity (MSS) this project contains 15 systems.
This project is a part of the Governmental Automation Project which
is a huge project that is under the supervision of Ministry of

Information Technology and Telecommunications. The project was
delivered within the planned time successfully.
• WEPCO for Oil this project consists of 6 systems. This company is
one of the major petroleum companies in Egypt. The project aimed to
automate the financial, HR and Payroll activities.
• Ministry of Agriculture this project consists of 6 systems.
Period JAN 2005 till DEC 2006
At Delta Software, Egypt.
My position at Delta Software was the Sales and Customer Support Manager.
Main Achievements I was able to accelerate the sales dept. in a small period of time. I managed a
teem consisting of 6 salesmen and 15 customer support.
Period APR 1997 till DEC 2004
At Information Technology Consultancy (ITC) Egypt.
Software Power Builder, 4GL for SYBASE RDBMS ( Client / Server ).
Background ITC is an IT software company that is specialized in developing tailored
software. ITC market covers companies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia since
there is a branch located in Jeddah.
One of the projects I was involved in aimed the full computerization of
“The Sugar & Integrated Industries Company”.
The Sugar company is one of the very huge companies in Egypt, its
main line is sugar production. Additionally, the company covers other
industrial areas (e.g. chocolate, paper production ).
The project scope only covers sugar related industry factories. There
are 17 (seventeen) such factories geographically spread all over the
country. The manpower operating those factories is around ( 25 000 )
employee.
The project objective was to fully computerize each and every factory
by having a factory stand alone application and Data Base ( server ).
Additionally, each factory should interact with every other factory. On
the top of this, the head quarter should interact with all of the
factories.
Another huge project I was involved in was the automation of the Egyptian
Dredging Co. Which is a very big business dealing with dredging the canals
and applying self maintenance in their own workshops.
My position at ITC was system analysis.
Main Achievements In the Sugar Company project I managed a team of “14” developer,
responsible for the computerization of the agricultural activities which

cover several applications (Sugarcane agriculture, Sugarcane
transportation, Farmers Accounts, Posting to the GL Subsystem).
Other systems were managed as well by planning, scheduling, Interacting
with the customers as the front end of the team.
Period March 1996 till March 1997
At UNISCO.
Background This was the project of illiteracy elimination organization. This project was
funded by the UNISCO.
My position at UNISCO was Senior System Analyst.
Main Achievements My role in this project was to manage analysts and designers through the
process of automating all the administrative and financial activities in the
organization of illiteracy elimination using Oracle 7.
Period JAN 1993 till AUG 1995
At Arab Computer Co. Saudi Arabia Software House.
Background This company was specialized in the developing of the Hotel Management
systems (Front Office and Back Office).
My position at Arab Computer Co. was System Analyst and Developer.
Main Achievements The main hotels I was involved in El Shohadaa Hotel (5 Stars) in Mecca and
El Kaki Hotel (4 Stats) in Jeddah and AboZaid Hotel (4 Star) in Jeddah. I
used RMCOBOL 85 V. 5.10 with RMPANELES in these projects.
