ABOUT JV/KFW PROJECT ____
JV Team is a Joint Venture team
consists of team members from
different consultants (Dorsch ,
ConsulAqua , Rodeco , Utilities) .
The task of JV team is to apply the
implement the project objective in
cooperation with QCWW .
The prime objective of the project
is to improve the health and living
conditions of the people in Qena
City and in the Governorate of
Qena by rehabilitating and
upgrading the water supply
infrastructure.
The project is funded by KFW .
Comprehensive Subscribers Survey
(CSS) project , is one of the JV/KFW
subprojects , CSS goal is to identify
water subscribers geographically.

o Computerized the Commercial system .
o Computerized the Stores accounting system .
o Administered the company systems after being
computerized until they reached a mature level .
o Integrated the company different systems ( ERP , CRM ,
Hydraulic , GIS , Legal affairs ,…)
o Established a strong IT infrastructure .
o Computer virus clean up , and developed windows
registry script to stop Windows hackers.
o Developed software applications to handle daily work of
different departments in the company , like ( Chairman
secretary , citizens complaints , laboratory calculator ,..)

Joining JV/KFW was the best chance for me to widen my view by
working in a multinational environment , during the project
time , I learned a lot , and I'm proud of my achievements
although the project was in a very critical period of Egyptian
history , here are the main achievements :
o CSS software application re-design and re-development
using Oracle DB and Oracle Forms.
o Leading the CSS project and finishing 2 months before
deadline , with 19 million E.P revenue by catching 23
thousands illegal water connection , and with expected
10 million E.P yearly from those illegal connections.
o Data migration from CSS to Commercial system .
o Commercial system business processes re-engineering .
