Ensuring that released parts are perfectly synced with both the PDM’s.
Running the Q-checker for parts & drawing’s in CATIA.
Checking assembly drawing links.
Checking drawing parameters according to VOLVO standers.
Configuring all packaging trucks.
Extracting pending DCN’s from the PDM link and informing respective designers to release within the time
limit.
Extracting CAD modules from particular VMS to capture monthly wise data.
3. DMU Carry over management
Creating carry-over parts structure using Bill of Materials.
Structures are created in ENOVIA using standard GDI format i.e. (Grunka , Assembly Part, Single part,
digital shape model, drawing).
Entering all attributes to appropriate level, once structure is created in ENOVIA.
Attaching cad data to the DSM, Once structure is created.
Checking coordinate positions and changing the position according to CAB coordinate system.
Supporting release process for other global site
Ensures the part, assembly has be released as per the Volvo standards.
Key user to Approve and reject the part, assembly releases in the project for different locations.
Supporting production issues in factory
Based on cross functionality team inputs the design will be changed in the existing and will be verified
virtually for the next builds.

aerospace standards.

Scope of Work: This project involved concept generation, solid modelling and detail drawing of complete
Assembly, even we have built a small conveyor for a testing propose .

4. Built a proto machine for testing propose.

Project: 9 Axis servo controlled deburring machine.
Tool: CATIA V5.
Scope of Work: The pump body consists of 8 bolt fixing holes, seal rebate, inlets & outlets, for this oil pump
completely need to be deburred in one process.
Responsibilities
Concept design of complete machine (sub-assemblies).
Develop the each single part with drawings.
Follow-up during every stage to get it done the components.
Virtual build & analysis for the interference.
Assembly all the component physically by referring finalized concept
