Replacement Window Notes:
1. All replacement windows at street facade are to be double hung with 2/2 muntins.
2. There will be NO CHANGES made to the original window openings, size or dimensions.
3. All replacement windows at street façade are to be black or dark colored (brown, bronze, dark
grey or dark hunter green), including sashes, muntins, meeting rails, moldings, trim, insect
screens and sill.

1. Residential Entry Door to be replaced with historic door and transom
2. Storefront Rolling Gate and header to be removed
3. Storefront Door Gate to be removed
4. Store front Entry Door to be removed and replaced with historic door and transom
Notes:
1. The original existing storefront construction consisting of glazing, mullions, trim work and panels
are to remain and be painted black or a dark color to match new historic replacement doors,
transom and trim.
2. There will be NO CHANGES made to the existing openings at the street level.
3. Replacement doors with transom will be similar to the one shown in the photo below:
