The Purchaser must elect one of the following colour schemes

Vehicle & services access via northern laneway St James lane.
Principal pedestrian access via Collins Street entry lobby. Secondary access

provision with the RSP (Retail Service Provider) arranged at the apartment
owner/occupier expense.
