4 Bird Dog: Begin on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your
shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Reach your right arm forward
and your left leg back, keeping your hips level. Hold for a few breaths, then switch

5 Bridge: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground.
Slowly lift your hips up towards the ceiling, engaging your glutes and core
muscles. Hold for a few breaths, then slowly lower back down. Repeat 10-15
times.
