• 1st
John 4 – 7-8 – Beloved, let us love one another,
for love is of God; and everyone who loves is
born of God and knows God. He who does not
love does not know God, for God is love.
• John 13:34 – A new commandment I give to you,
that you love one another; as I have loved you,
that you also love one another. By this all will
know that you are My disciples, if you have love
for one another.

effective witnesses which is a very important
aspect of our assignment (Matthew 28:19).

Eph 1:16-18 – I Cease not to give thanks for you,

give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in
the knowledge of him: The eyes of your
understanding being enlightened; that ye may
know what is the hope of his calling, and what the

God shed abroad in our heart. Rom 5:5 –
Now hope does not disappoint, because
the love of God has been poured out in our
hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to
us.

• 1st
Corth 13: 4-7 – Love suffers long and is kind;
love does not envy; love does not parade itself,
is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does
not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no
evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in
the truth; bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures all things.

•How Do we Exercise This Love?
• Math 5:44-46 – But I say to you, love your
enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to
those who hate you, and pray for those who
spitefully use you and persecute you, that you
may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He
makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good,
and sends rain on the just and the unjust. For if
you love those who love you, what reward have
you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?

How Do we Exercise This Love?
• Romans 12:17 – 19 – Repay no one evil for evil.
Have regard for good things in the sight of all
men. If it is possible, as much as depends on
you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do
not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to
wrath; for it is written, Vengeance is mine, I
will repay, says the Lord.

the love of God that has been shed abroad
in our heart in service to all and in humility
so that we may not fall into pride.

RECEIVING THE GIFT OF SALVATION
• Are you saved? Have you received God’s gift of
salvation (Eph. 2:8)? I encourage you to accept the
Lord’s precious gift of salvation which is freely
available to the whole of mankind.
• Faith in Jesus Christ is primarily what is required to
be saved. The bible tells us for all have sinned and
fallen short of the glory of God (Rom 3:23) and the
wages of sin is death (Rom 6:23). As a result, the
whole of mankind deserves to be separated from
God eternally (Rom 6:23).

• However, our Father loves us dearly and as such
he sent His only begotten son to die in our place
(John 3:16-17) so that we may be saved and has
through Christ reconciled us back to Himself (2nd
Corth 5:18).
• It is not His desire that any should perish but that
all should come to repentance (2nd
Pet 3:9) and
accept His precious gift of salvation. If you would
like to accept this gift please say the following
confession.

• Father I come to You in the name of the Lord Jesus
Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the
son of God and that He died for my sins and was
raised from the dead for my justification according
to the scriptures. I believe that because of His
death, burial and resurrection, I am set right with
God. So I receive Him(Jesus) in my heart as my
saviour and confess Him with my mouth as my
Lord. Thank You, Lord.
