Ayushi Pandey is employed by Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. from January 2016. I was
her super manager during the last nine months of her employment.
During the time that Ayushi and I worked together, I found her to be very
efficient and helpful. I could always count on her to pitch in where needed, often
with very little notice.
I would say that she is a hard working individual who learns quickly. She is
generally cooperative and can perform well as a member of a team, although She
prefers to work independently. She communicates very well orally. I saw
considerable improvement in this area during these nine months.
As a sales professional, she is always above the 50th percentile of performers on
my sales team. Since She started from scratch only nine months ago, I would say
