Slide 4 Where we come from Approximate Date System Name Comments 1980 - 2000 GOLD System Government On-Line Data System GOLD started as a depot repair system for General Dynamics. It grew to become the MRO market leader. Sold to Spirent in 1997 for $66 million. Now a Boeing company. 2000 – 2006 ARMS Aerospace Repair Management System Started from scratch as a Material and Work Management System for MRO companies and Parts Brokers. Over 80 clients sold. Acquired by ILS in 2005, and Boeing in 2006. 2016 – to date LogMRO Logistics Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Work began in 2016 with our first customer, a turbine engine overhaul company, scheduled to go live in June. Second customer is an aircraft heavy maintenance MRO company scheduled for July 2018. This is our Third System!

Slide 31 Forecasting and Level Setting Forecasting requirements and methods vary by type of business, e.g. component repair, fleet operator, etc. For component repair organizations, LogMRO can calculate future material requirements by taking (1) average historical consumption by end item & repair type, times (2) a monthly repair forecast of end items by repair type. Using the forecasted material requirements, LogMRO will set stocking levels and reorder points using an economic order quantity algorithm. Users can specify special rules for insurance items, long lead time items, high cost items, safety stock, and months of stock allowed by contract. Users can specify which inventory items are auto-calculated with others set manually by an item manager. For additional requirements, LogMRO can share data with tools from TFD Group, a leading developer of forecasting and decision support tools including Spares Optimization for Fleet Operators, Budget Forecasting and Level of Repair Analysis.
