11. Nikon Ahamed . You have also agreed not to inspect or approve
any of the recording we will make.
Crew and equipment:
Suela Elezi, Laura Hodgson, Ben Karass and Nikon Ahamed, will
need to bring in our crew, actors and equipment. Suela Elezi,
Laura Hodgson, Ben Karass and Nikon Ahamed may construct
temporary sets and, after completing the finial photography
and recording for the music video, will restore the site to
its original condition as of the initial date of occupancy by
_______________________________ unless otherwise agreed to by
both parties in writing, with reasonable wear and tear
excepted.
Assignments:
You will give Suela Elezi, Laura Hodgson, Ben Karass and Nikon
Ahamed, the right to assign all terms stated in the contract.
Hold harmless:
Suela Elezi, Laura Hodgson, Ben Karass and Nikon Ahamed have
agreed to hold you harmless liability and losses that may
occur by our employee and equipment.
Authority:
You understand the terms described in the contract. As you are
over the age of 18 years old, you have the right to grant us
the permission to your site.
Insurance:
Suela Elezi, Laura Hodgson, Ben Karass and Nikon Ahamed will
represent that we are covered by the Public Liability and
Property Damage Insurance.
