The group had to pitch short film ideas and chose Ryan's horror film "666". Ryan was the director, Callum the actor, and the document discusses their roles. The likelihood, severity, and overall risk level of each hazard was evaluated on a scale of 1 to 3. Trips and falls posed the highest risk of 4. Very high risks above 6 would require immediate action, but no risks met that threshold.
