Film Project 666 was assessed for risks at Three Sisters, Eccles. Hazards identified included hygiene and comfort issues, trips and falls, and fire hazards. Controls already in place addressed each hazard, such as providing drinking water and preparing the filming area. Additional controls were not needed. The likelihood, severity, and overall risk level of each hazard was evaluated on a scale of 1 to 3. Trips and falls posed the highest risk of 4. Very high risks above 6 would require immediate action, but no risks met that threshold.
