Vinnie is an active member at the fitness center who works out regularly to stay healthy for his family. He was feeling tired and overweight, and had health issues like high blood pressure and cholesterol. This motivated him to start regularly exercising at the fitness center around two years ago. Through exercise, he has lost 40 pounds and feels much better. He works out 4-5 times a week, doing activities like cardio, weights, cycling classes, and swimming. Vinnie enjoys exercising and has found a routine and variety of activities that work for him.
