Kelly Ford presented on maintaining wellness throughout life. The presentation covered the six dimensions of wellness: physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and occupational. For physical wellness, Kelly plans to continue regular exercise and reduce diet soda and alcohol. To improve intellectual wellness, Kelly will read current events and novels. For emotional wellness, Kelly will spend 20 minutes daily reflecting on feelings. Kelly also plans to maintain social wellness by dedicating time weekly to friends and volunteering. Kelly feels they excel at spiritual wellness and will continue being empathetic while reflecting on beliefs. Finally, Kelly will pursue a career in healthcare to support occupational wellness.
