Little Red Riding Hood tells her grandmother's basket of food to a friendly wolf along the way. The wolf sneaks into the grandmother's house, throws her in the closet, and waits for Little Red Riding Hood in her bed disguised as the grandmother. Little Red Riding Hood notices the wolf looks different but is eaten by him. A woodsman enters and chops the wolf open with an axe to rescue Little Red Riding Hood, who survives physically unharmed but psychologically scarred.
