Grant Zhu, Owner: Owner of Grantmail Direct Marketing, leverages over 20 years as a
package engineer to support his customers in configuring products and materials to
create the best result in the industry. Grant takes great pride in helping customers grow
their donor files, and explore new ways to increase his customers impact and mission.
John Stancik, Business Development & Client Services: Brings 15+ years of experience
in direct mail marketing, with a global focus. John has led teams on strategy, creative,
design, production, list selection and results analysis for his clients. Additionally, he has
extensive experience in IT and management strategy. John is a member of the DMAW, is
a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds certifications in both Six
Sigma and SCRUM Fundamentals.
Su Wood, Production Manager: Has 25+ years experience in the graphics industry,
where she worked with print companies, direct mail, and premium-based direct mail
organizations. She currently supports production management. Su is well versed in
print, data mailing, USPS and Canadian Postal regulations, and enjoys the challenges
involved in making jobs mail on schedule, as ordered, and within budget.

costs competitive. We meet with vendors to seek alternative options to existing
premiums. We then meet with you throughout the year to deliver, discuss, and
brainstorm ideas
2. Which premium formats are positive drivers around response rates?
 Premiums which directly tie into the client’s overall mission, programs, special
events, etc.
3. How do you keep abreast of trends around premiums, the impact for your
clients, and sourcing them?
