A Servant Leader
Before one can command the respect and followership of others,
he must demonstrate devotion to the organization’s purposes and
commitment to those in the organization who work day by day on the
ordinary tasks that are necessary for those purposed to be
realized.

Vision
You can seize only what you can see.
Vision
vision meets other’s needs. True vision is far -reaching. It goes
beyond what one individual can accomplish. It doesn’t just include
others it adds value to them.
Leaders who Attract Followers
      need to be needed.
 Leaders who develop leaders
    want to be succeeded.
  Good leaders lead for the sake of their followers and for what
they can leave behind after their time of leadership is completed.
