Is the abnormal and disorderly proliferation
of malignant breast cells that leads to the
uncontrolled growth of a tumor in this tissue.
Breast cancer can spread outside the breast
through blood and lymph vessels. If it
spreads, the tumor is said to have
metastasized.

● This study focused on the potential
involvement and mechanism of LINC00337
in Bca.
5. Materials and methods
RT – qPCR
It is a polymerase chain reaction that uses
reverse transcription. The letter “q” indicates
it´s a quantative test. It consists of the
amplification of a specific RNA sequence by
prior synthesis of its cDNA (DNA copy) using
a reverse transcriptase, followed by several
cycles of conventional PCR.

ELISA (enzyme – linked immunosorbent
assay) method was performed to assess the
levels of M-CSF and granulocyte-macrophage
colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in tumor
tissues or cell supernatants.

BCa cells were cultured in a conditioned medium, the
functional test was carried out to detect the effect of
abnormal expression of LINC00337 in BCa cells. LINC00337
regulated the growth of breast cancer cells through M2
macrophages.

Overexpression of LINC00337 further
enhanced the effects of CM on promoting the
malignant phenotype of cells, while
shLINC00337 partially reduced the viability
and migration of BCa cells induced by CM.

It was detected the expression of IL-13 and CCL2 in
tumor tissues, and the results showed that the
expressions of IL-13 and CCL2 were down-regulated
in the shLINC00337 and vector + PAX groups, but
were up-regulated in the LINC00337 group.

alternatives to the exploration, so as not to generate

In the research field, molecular biology is a great
contribution since it provides the means to find
solutions, not only for health problems, but also for
the prevention of diseases
CONCLUSIONS
Molecular biology contributes to the treatment of a
large number of infectious and genetically based
diseases that greatly affect the well-being of many
patients.
