Headhunting
When you need the most successful person in your field, who might not be searching for a new role, headhunting is the most successful method. Working to an agreed timescale, we will identify the top performers then make an approach and persuade the individuals to meet with you. All the normal interview and reference checks still take place.
Advertising and Selection
If you need to create a high profile image, or if you need to recruit several people, third-party advertising can be the most cost-effective option. We will select the media, write the copy, post the advertisement and filter the response for you. We interview in-depth, check references and provide a strong shortlist.
When Can You Expect Results?
We contact you as soon as a suitable candidate has been found. You can also expect a report on our database search within 3 days. If no candidates are available immediately, we will continue to advertise your role. For an executive search a specific time frame is established with you at the outset. The process usually takes no more than two months, depending on interview availability.
