- Energy equals the energy you put into the body minus the energy you take out. So are you exhausted all the time, take a look at your energy output. Your body is broken into two systems, Primary and Secondary. The Primary being Heart, Lungs, Liver Kidneys etc. The secondary system is your Ovaries and Uterus. The body always makes sure the primary systems get the energy and blood first. And the secondary gets whats left over. If I take out your heart, you die, if I take out you live, you die. Take out your ovaries and uterus you will Live.

- I work a lot with recurrent miscarriage, and the sadness can be over whelming… Where you have that moment of excitement for the first time being pregnant… And then 3 weeks later its taken from you. You feel this massive loss… And it can consume some of us… After a couple of miscarriages. Then being pregnant is no longer fun. Its excitement for 30 seconds then fear… Fear of loss, fear of miscarriage..
- The fear of not having a child.. The fear of miscarriage, the fear of something being wrong with the baby. This is all what my patients experience.
- This is what 90% of people who find out they are pregnant experience for the first time….. This is where I need to get you to. Back to that space where you believe you can have a baby.. That’s my job…
