Ms. Thayer worked under my supervision at Tequila Bar & Grill at the Marriott Marquis & Marina in the summer of 2014. She demonstrates motivation, punctuality, and reliability on a daily basis. Her skill level, professionalism, and maturity are that of someone twice her age. Ms. Thayer is also extremely self-‐ motivated. She requires very little direct supervision and she always sees her projects through to their completion. Ms. Thayer’s capability to work in a group setting is incomparable.
