To whom it may concern,
It is with pleasure that I am able to give Liam Drever a letter of reference. Liam has
been with Richmond Club Hotel as part of the Sandhill Road Group since April 2015. During
that time I have been Liam’s direct supervisor and Liam has not only exceeded my
expectation of a work colleague but as an individual.
Liam has proven to myself, the management group at the Richmond Club Hotel and
fellow colleagues that he is able to work effectively in a team environment, making him a
great addition to the Richmond Club. Liam’s flexibility and nature has allowed him to be able
to adapt to stressful environments and changes in the customers decisions without it affecting
his work or attitude. Liam has taken to the shift in culture at the Richmond Club Hotel with
an open mind and has embraced it whilst being a positive leader to his fellow colleagues.
Liam is one of our key staff members and when he is working, I personally know that
the bar that he is in he will be able to take control of any situation that may arise with a
customer and be able to deal with it in a professional manner. I recall one time when a
customer was irate about one of meals. Liam did not only resolve the probable at hand, but he
handled the situation professionally and the customer also walked away pleased with the
outcome. This showed to me his ability to take control of a heated situation and keep a level
head and showed to me his initiative.
Liam has the interpersonal skill set that would be an asset to any company or
organization. For all of these reasons I highly recommend Liam for any position that he is
applying for.
Please do not hesitate to get in contact with the above address if you have any
questions.
With Thanks
Michael Sheppard
