have been Bogdan immediate supervisor for six years, being at that time Senior Area Director
for Central and Eastern Europe including Baltic countries for whole Covidien portfolio.
Bogdan was responsible as Marketing Development Manager for Medical Supplies,
Monitoring Solutions and Vascular Therapy portfolio for whole mentioned region.
At that time we have worked together very closely in developing markets and distributor
network, creating Covidien image throughout all hospitals and with many Key opinion
leaders within.
His daily job was to increase awareness of Covidien portfolio, support our customers and
business partners and keep education basis of all mentioned parties on highest level, being
responsible in the same time for pricing, budgeting and related marketing activities, which led
to our primary goal as an increase of sales and profitability.
Bogdan was giving a significant trace on the market, with his daily support and dedication,
knowledge which he was unselfishly sharing with all key players outside of the company but
also with colleagues within. His presentation skills, way of communicating and high
professional image he created within all hospitals and our customers is really respectful and
his biggest asset, which is quite rare to find.
I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Bogdan is a take-charge person who is able to present
