privilege of supervising Christie during her employment at Grafton Integrated Health
Network. Christie helped to open a new position at Grafton of behavior interventionist,
working daily with children and adults diagnosed with complex mental and behavioral
disorders. Christie was a champion of studious work ethics. She established good
relationships with her students as well her work colleagues, and during her time in this
company she had developed strong leadership and interpersonal skills that have been
unanimously praised by her colleagues and superiors.
Christie became interested in the mental health field during her time with Grafton. She
worked very hard and progressed steadily, revealing her passion and enthusiasm for
applied behavior analysis and mental health care in the process. Her duties involved
providing face to face analytic care underneath the supervision of a board certified
behavior analyst. She was charged with the construction of teaching materials and
lesson plans, as well follow up trainings with both staff members and parents, while the
students were in her care.
Christie’s talents were always evident in her performance. She displayed strong
leadership abilities, logical thinking abilities, the ability to think outside of the box, and
the ability to work well with teams. She consistently completed tasks assigned by the
leadership team on time and without errors. In short, she was a model member of our
company, and most importantly the children’s multi-disciplinary teams.
