1. Let Us Manage Your Recruitment For You!
Are your recruitment processes robust enough to ensure you get the right

How much management and HR time is spent?
*For example for an average £40k post
• 12 days full time work for a Senior Manager and HR support would cost up to
£4.5k
• Advert costs could include:
o Guardian online - £1k

Costing you £9k with no guarantees that you will successfully appoint!
Outcomes UK will charge you 18% of the annual starting salary for a managed
recruitment service – you only pay the full amount if a successful candidate
starts work with your organisation.
*based on £40k would be £7200
This includes:
• A dedicated Recruitment Consultant
• Advertising design including recommendation of media stream and joint
branding
• Initial sifting – using short listing criteria from person specification
• Assessment Centre and Interview design and management
• Psychometric testing
• Production of CVs and applications for short listed candidates to the client.
• Liaison with client for final shortlist for assessment day.
• Outcomes UK will maintain a relationship with the candidate during offer /
acceptance period to ‘keep warm’.
