- Think creatively where funding will come from.
- Team members felt out of the loop on various projects which were not their own. Only I knew of all the inner workings of all the projects. Siloed feeling. 2014 Slack.
- Real-time messaging platforms – will need to learn etiquette of transparency, humility, and openness on virtual platforms that can not be achieved in in-person meetings
- Lesson: Not big enough community online Result: Build communities teach them etiquette of communities/engagement
