The work in new combined cycle gas turbines prior to this is my two patents is to at the end of the power
turbine through blades and/or a mechanism to put water droplets into the hot thrust gas of 350 – 500 C going to steam in concentrated volume. This Technology is to have droplets of water mixed into the hot part of the gas turbine with the droplets of water traveling in a curved pattern after the combustion section.

has been developed with water into a flow of hot gas
in a swirling pattern most recently with a focus on
internal combustion engines , fired boiler stacks and,
water swirled into gas turbines combined cycles for
more fuel efficiency. The latest development has
pollution control with PM2.5 particulate. In
electrical generation the latest advance is to have a
fluid mover of a paddle nature moving a mass –
volume of optimally positioned spaced sized water
droplets in hot gas outward from a centerline into a
tire donut shaped volume space where said goes to
steam / pressurization. Such pressurization happens
making an extractive turbine turn which is connected
to an electrical generator. In fired boilers and internal
combustion engines the shaft of the fluid mover
would be vertical and extractive turbine would
normally be horizontal. The horizontal extractive
turbine would have water drops and combustion gas
leaving at about 120 C with less particulates exiting.
The work in new combined cycle gas turbines prior
to this is to at end of power turbine through blades
and/or a mechanism to put water droplets into the hot
thrust gas of 350 – 500 C going to steam in
concentrated volume. Said volume goes in a
steaming chamber. The energy is converted from
heat to steam pressurized increase in volume.
Increase in volume in the steaming chamber acts on
an extractive turbine connected to an electrical
generator. This could benefit from aforementioned.
The tire donut shape would be vertical. The
maintenance and operation of this is a fast moving
subject with in exhaust – stack gas plus 5 % per unit
fuel and in the case of water swirled into gas turbines
10 – 20 %. The motivation for the presentation is to

In present century, spark ignition engines have become a non-separable part of the society, and are used in many sectors of energy. They act as backbone for transportation systems, but, as a bitter truth they behave like a major source of air pollution. There are basically three types of emissions, emerged from a SI engine; exhaust emissions, evaporative emission, and crankcase emission, and the major pollutants emerged from these engines are CO, CO2, SOX, NOX.
Present project work aims at reducing emissions. It is a well-established fact that smooth combustion minimizes the emissions, and exhaust process contributes a lot in accomplishing smooth combustion process. In present project work, different designs of exhaust manifold for a multi cylinder spark ignition engine are optimized for reducing emissions, by evaluating back pressures and exhaust velocities. For this purpose four different designs, namely, short bend centre exit, short bend side exit, long bend centre exit with reducer, and long bend side exit with reducer are considered, and their performance is evaluated for different loading conditions.
Abstract
The present day scenario of the modern world is impossible to imagine without automobile. Thus it a primary challenge for automobile industries to design efficient and cost effective engine. The performance of the engine again depends on the type of fuel used, the cooling system, the lubrication system, the range of temperature in which the engine works etc. If the factors are taken care of then the performance of the engine can be improved. In this paper the effect of the fuel assimilating metallic nano-particles is studied. After the combustion of fuel in the combustion chamber the byproducts of combustion (water vapor and carbon dioxide) are further disintegrated, the dissociation of water being an exothermal process adds up to the heat intake of the engine. The food for the engine being heat and not the fuel, it is beneficial in every sense to extract maximum possible amount of heat from the given mass of fuel. This process has both merits and demerits which are shown by the comprehensive study of the fuel used in an internal combustion engine, the chemical process involved in the combustion and the process of exhaust.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

Abstract Additional thrust fuel efficiency is provided for a gas turbine system that
includes a first member(s) (e.g., a support for a rotating main shaft) that is attached
to a stationary casing. The rotating main shaft is attached to the first member
through a bearing. A second member is associated with a rotating member, such as a
motor or other rotating part of the main or other shaft. The first member has a flow
path in it for the liquid (e.g. water and/or other volatile liquid) and has an opening
(nozzle) for discharging the liquid. The second member has a liquid impinging
member for generating a liquid spray, droplet, mist optimally, which vaporizes with
hot combustion gases that flow exteriorly along the main shaft. In this form
vaporization is quick and is less erosive. The volume of thrust gases is increased
advantageously and likewise engine boost increases.

New York City Department of Transportation - Division of Bridges Construction Project Manager.
Recently I have worked on a geotechnical situation ( foundations ) for the Willis Avenue Bridge (
Largest Contract of the City of New York at 612 million with + 50 million cost over run ). Such
reflected a background as a dockbuilder member of Dockbuilders LU 1556 / 1456 since 1987 and
attending +90% of civil engineering geotechnical ASCE meetings New York area last seven years.
Review of drawing of bridges, field inspection of bridges, doing inspection at the facilities that
produce heavy welded and bolted steel assemblies for bridges. The projects which are participated in
are in the range from 100 million USD to 700 million USD. I was the only American Welding Society
AWS Certified Welding Inspector CWI that the City of New York was employing as far as I know.
Concurrent on going work outside full time employment! I participated in professional society events including AWS's -
Underwater Welding and Cutting- November 12 2012 "Interactive Wet Welding" presentation to the AWS annual
meeting. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia March 2011 I gave a welding inspection daylong workshop and presented
